QUICK ANSWERS

FREQUENTLY ASKED

If your question isn't here, hit me up directly via the form below.

How does the random draft work?

On June 3 the host runs the entire random draw on YouTube Live — open for anyone to tune in (link posted on this site closer to the date). Players don't pull their own teams and don't need to attend in person. The host draws each player's name at random, then draws one team for that player from each tier (Top 16, Mid 16, Bottom 16). After all 16 players are processed, every roster is locked in. Just tune in to YouTube Live and watch your 3 teams get assigned in real time.

How are points calculated?

Same scoring across the whole tournament. Win = 3 points, Draw = 1 point, Loss = 0 points, Clean sheet bonus = +1 point (when your team holds the opponent to 0 goals). Penalty shootouts in knockout rounds count as a normal win for the shootout winner. Your total = sum of all points your 3 teams earn across every match they play.

What if I can't pay by May 13?

Your spot is pending until payment is confirmed. Sign-ups stay open until all 16 paid spots are filled — it's first-come, first-served. Once all 16 paid spots are filled, new submissions may be added to the waitlist (in case anyone drops before the draft).

What if two players tie at the end?

Tiebreakers run in this order: (1) most total wins among your 3 teams, (2) best goal differential, (3) coin flip. We'll break ties live with everyone watching.

Where do I see the live standings?

Right here. The leaderboard section auto-updates after every match — usually same-day. Every team's running points are also tracked in the master pool spreadsheet, which is shared with all 16 players.

What if I want to drop out after the draft?

Once paid in and drafted, you're locked in. Your $100 stays in the pool. Your teams keep accumulating points whether you watch or not. So commit before the draft.
